classiKhan is the tenth studio album by Chaka Khan, produced and arranged by Eve Nelson, featuring the London Symphony Orchestra.
Production was at the famous Abbey Road Studios where Eve conducted the Orchestra. The album featured performances by pianist Joe Sample and percussionist Sheila E. With a nod to jazz standards like "Stormy Weather" and "Teach Me Tonight" the album also features an eclectic selection of classics from other genres like "Hey Big Spender" from the broadway musical Sweet Charity and the 60's standard by Patsy Cline "Crazy". Eve's personal favorites are "Goldfinger" and "Diamonds Are Forever" from the James Bond films.
